Santa Clara Plays Fair is an official California Primarily Formed Committee whose stated purpose is "to prevent the use of public assets or indebtedness to build or operate a professional football stadium" in Santa Clara.

Your donation is not tax-deductible.  However, it will be used to further our efforts to prevent public subsidy of a 49ers stadium in Santa Clara. The money will be used to finance community outreach through informational mailers, advertisements, and other media and to purchase equipment and supplies to run a successful grass-roots campaign.

Santa Clara Plays Fair complies with the regulations of the Fair Political Practices Commission, as well the local campaign ordinances of our City of Santa Clara, California.  Our campaign filings and our organizational statements may always be viewed at the Office of the City Clerk, and on the City Clerk's Campaign website at http://santaclaraca.gov/index.aspx?page=216 .
