How do I donate?
You may use your credit card to donate through Paypal. You do not need to register.

You may fill out our donation form and mail it along with your check.
Santa Clara Plays Fair is an official California Primarily Formed Committee whose stated purpose is "to prevent the use of public assets or indebtedness to build or operate a professional football stadium" in Santa Clara.
Your donation is not tax-deductible, however it will be used to further our efforts to prevent public subsidy of a 49ers stadium in Santa Clara. The money will be used to finance community outreach through informational mailers, advertisements, and other media and to purchase equipment and supplies to run a successful grass-roots campaign.
