Cyberbullying Note: For his current campaign, Robert "Bob" Owens has hired as a campaign consultant the individual who cyberbullies and harasses any Santa Clarans who dares to express opposing points of view on the stadium. The cyberbully has been harassing Santa Clara Plays Fair members for several years, and he has had a blog since 2006 on which he cyberbullies anyone who dares to speak in front of the city council, write a letter to the editor, write a letter to the council, or comment on a news article to express concern about the stadium.

The evidence of Robert "Bob" Owens hiring of Santa Clara's cyberbully comes from Mr. Owen's campaign finance filings (payment of $250 in the last campaign finance cycle.) As a College Board Trustee, why is he not taking a stand against cyberbullying, rather than hiring a known cyberbully as a campaign consultant?
